Building Talent Foundation (USA)
"Building Talent Foundation (BTF) was established with the purpose to address the severe and persistent shortage of talent across the skilled trades by improving talent supply, training, and retention. To inform BTF’s programming, an effort was made to look for research to examine employee retention and the reasons for employee turnover, but no studies that focused on residential construction in the U.S. were available.
That is when BTF turned to Professor William Scott-Jackson at the Oxford Centre for Employee Engagement (OCFEE). OCFEE assembled a team of world-class experts who applied the precision of academia to provide answers to the difficult questions BTF needed to affect the greatest impact.
OCFEE was able to tailor their research methodologies to BTF’s unique and specific needs of examining frontline workers in residential construction industry and communicate complicated results in a professional manner. Throughout the process, the OCFEE team was always available with prompt and practical responses to BTF’s questions and requests.
